French Riveria

Here are some pictures from the French Riveria. These pictures are from Monocco. We went there on our first day. It was beautiful out and the yachts were everywhere. It was really nice and really high class.

More of the Carnivale. The picture of the girls wearing the masks is a picture of my roommates. I also had a mask but I my friends took pictures of it.

We went to Venice during the Carnivale which was pretty cool because everyone wore masks. Some people even wore crazy costumes. It was really crowded so it was hard to move around and actually see Venice. It was a fun to be there during that time.

Here are some of the pictures that I took on the ferry ride to Venice. It was really cool even to see on the Ferry ride. Pictures don't do it justice.

Here are some more images in Milan. It was defiantly a more modern city so there was not as much to take pictures of. It did have a lot of stores and good shopping.

These are some more pictures from Milan. The most impressive thing about Milan was the Duomo which is the large gothic style building. The Duomo was huge and it took over 400 years to build. The detail alone was very impressive and cool to see.

Here are some pictures from Milan. This the main castle in Milan and it was built to protect the city. The outer walls of the castle are the outer walls of the City. It was cool to see but it was not as pretty as most of the other buildings that I have seen so far.

Here are pictures of Pope Benedict the 13th. We saw him on Sunday and he blessed everyone. He said his blessing in 5 or 6 different languages. It was really cool.

Here are some of the pictures from the Colluseum. It was really cool to see. It was were they used to have Gladiator battles. On the first day that it was open 5000 animals died.

Here are some pictures from the top of the castle in Rome. The castle is called the castle of angels. The view from the top was amazing.
